The Barbary Notting Hill

thumbnail_Untitled design (46).png

Untitled design (46).png

The Barbary is one of London’s most distinctive restaurant experiences — an intimate, high-energy space hidden away in the iconic Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden.

The Barbary draws inspiration from the cuisines and cultures of the Barbary Coast, with a menu shaped by the bold flavours of North Africa and the spirit of trade, travel and fire-led cooking. At the heart of the restaurant is the horseshoe counter wrapped around the open kitchen, where chefs and floor teams work side-by-side in front of the guest.

With loud music, live-fire cooking and only 24 seats, The Barbary is intense, fast-moving and deeply collaborative — a restaurant where personality, confidence and guest connection matter just as much as technical skill.

For chefs, front of house professionals and hospitality leaders looking to build a career in London restaurants, The Barbary offers the chance to work within one of the city’s most acclaimed independent restaurant groups, alongside ambitious teams who care deeply about food, service, culture and hospitality.

Untitled design (21).png

TThe Blue Posts and The Mulwray are two unique spaces hidden away on the edge of Soho and Chinatown — connected by a shared love of great drinks, warm service and atmosphere-driven hospitality.

The Blue Posts has stood on this corner since 1739, and since becoming its custodians in 2017, we have worked to honour the history and character of this iconic London pub while bringing our own identity to the space. Today, The Blue Posts is a lively Soho pub known for British craft beer, cocktails, thoughtful wines and welcoming, energetic hospitality.

Untitled design (22).png

Upstairs, tucked away above the pub, sits The Mulwray — an intimate Soho wine bar specialising in fine and natural wines from both the old world and the new. Led by an expert sommelier team, The Mulwray is known for its adventurous wine list, niche growers and seasonal by-the-glass selections, alongside bottles served through the Coravin system.

The building is also home to Evelyn's Table, Studio Paskin’s Michelin-starred restaurant hidden beneath the pub. Together, the three floors operate as one collaborative hospitality team, with front of house teams working across the spaces to create a dynamic, fast-paced and deeply guest-focused environment.

For those looking for bartender jobs, sommelier roles, front of house careers or hospitality management opportunities in London, The Blue Posts and The Mulwray offer the chance to work across some of Soho’s most distinctive hospitality spaces within one of London’s most respected independent restaurant groups.
